Rayonier Advanced Materials Contributes $160,000 to 23 local charities in Florida, Georgia and Canada

Company Encourages Employees, Contractors and Partners to Join in Support of Local Nonprofits

At Rayonier Advanced Materials (RYAM), we believe one of our most important responsibilities is to support the nonprofits that serve our communities’ most vulnerable residents. That is especially true in the midst of this crisis.  With that in mind, the RYAM U.S. Foundation, the RYAM Canadian Foundation and their local grant committees have coordinated with local governments to identify 23 deserving nonprofits that will benefit our neighbors in need during this difficult time.

“Weathering this crisis means pulling together,” said Paul Boynton, President and Chief Executive Officer at Rayonier Advanced Materials. “These nonprofits are doing excellent work. We are proud to support them and to encourage our employees, contractors and communities to do the same.”

Through our two charitable foundations, Rayonier Advanced Materials has contributed a total of $160,000 to 23 local charities.  Nonprofits were selected according to their mission and need. Some of them offer food assistance to residents, while others serve senior citizens, offer mental health services or shelter victims of domestic abuse.
